Terms and conditions: In case of a late cancellation (5 days prior to the arrival date) or a no-show: the entire reservation amount is due.
A 50% deposit is requested upon reservation (non-refundable and non-transferable for another reservation, NO exceptions will be accepted)
Reservations and Cancellations:
All reservations will be confirmed by e-mail after payment of the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows that occur less than 5 days prior to arrival will be payable in full.
When leaving the riad, all extras ( spa treatments, drinks, excursions etc) should be paid in cash. (Dirhams or Euros)
The tourist taxes of the city of Marrakech are not included in the room price: It is 26 Dirhams per person and per night.
