I had a lovely stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly. They greet you with mint tea on arrival. Breakfast was good and filling. I also had lunch here which I enjoyed, it was a lot of food! My room was big and spacious and had AC. I did a hamman and massage as well which was really good. They also have luggage storage for after check out. It was surprisingly quiet as well as the location is close to the market square but far enough away that it's fairly quiet.
Only thing that was a little weird for me, was that there was no shower in my room. There was a shower head attached in the tub but no where to put it up to have a shower, you'd have to hold it.

Beautiful riad! Nice location in the Medina very close to Bahia palace. We were received with a mint tea and a bit of explanation about the city with a map and some advice! The staff was very attentive and kind through all our stay :) The inner patio with the pool is lovely, as well as the rooms! I also got a great oil massage in the Riad! We were not guests at this amazing Riad but we were staying round the corner when the earthquake struck. As we came out onto the street and tried to figure out what to do we saw a group gathering outside this hotel and asked if we could possibly go with them to find a safe place. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, despite the fact it truly was not their job to help us, and they gave us water and cushions and blankets while we waited out in a park. Early the following morning the amazing and generous staff let us stay in the safety of the hotel while we figured out what we were doing and tried to get some rest. On such a scary and difficult night it was the most incredible gesture of kindness and selflessness to be looked after by these people who didn’t know us. The Riad itself is beautiful and we would have happily stayed but they were understandably fully booked. Despite this they advised us on finding elsewhere to stay and ensured that we were safe and knew where we were going. We will never forget this experience and and we will both be eternally grateful.
